Free Audit Terms
Effective May 21, 2026 · Advizia LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company
The plain-English version (the short read)
You're submitting one shift of CCTV footage to Advizia for a free, one-time audit. We'll send you a one-page report within 48 hours of receiving the footage.
We treat your data as confidential, delete it within 30 days, and won't train AI on it. You confirm you have the legal right to share the footage and that your employees know your venue uses CCTV. The audit is non-binding — there's no obligation to buy anything. The report is an analytical estimate, not a legal finding; any disciplinary decisions you make are yours, not ours.
The full legal text below governs in case of any conflict. If anything's unclear, email steph@advizia.ai.
1. What the audit is
The Free Audit is a one-time, no-cost analysis of one shift of CCTV footage from a venue you own or operate. Using Advizia's Pulse software, we identify potential overpours, unrung sales, comp abuse, server-visit gaps, and other operational issues detected in the footage. We deliver our findings as a one-page report via email to the address you provided, within 48 hours of receiving your complete footage submission.
2. Your authority and your employees
By submitting an Audit request and uploading footage, you confirm:
You own or have full legal authority to provide the footage and operational data
You have notified your employees that your venue uses CCTV monitoring, in accordance with the signage and notice requirements of your state (including, where applicable, Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, or equivalent biometric-privacy and workplace-monitoring statutes)
You will not submit footage of any venue you do not have authority over
You will not submit footage that contains synchronized audio recordings — Pulse processes video only
3. How we handle your data
We will:
Not perform facial recognition or process biometric identifiers. Advizia does not analyze face geometry, fingerprints, voiceprints, or other biometric identifiers as defined under Illinois BIPA (740 ILCS 14/), Texas CUBI (Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 503), the Washington Biometric Privacy Act, or similar state laws. Attribution to specific employees is derived from operator-provided POS login data, not from biometric analysis of footage.
Treat your footage and operational data as confidential business information
Use it solely to deliver the Audit you requested
Not share it with any third party — investors, partners, advisors, competitors
Permanently delete your footage and any personally identifying data from our systems within 30 days of delivering your Audit report, unless you become a paying Pulse customer (in which case our standard Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern)
Not train artificial intelligence models on your data for the benefit of any other customer. Your venue's data improves your venue. It does not improve someone else's.
4. Audit scope and limitations
The Audit is an analytical estimate based on Advizia's proprietary detection models. Findings — including dollar amounts, time stamps, or named incidents — are AI-generated approximations and should not be treated as legally adjudicated facts. You agree that:
Specific findings should be independently verified before any disciplinary, employment, legal, or financial action against any employee or other person
Advizia is not liable for any personnel, legal, financial, or operational decisions you make based on the Audit
The Audit does not constitute a forensic, accounting, or legal investigation
The Audit is provided "AS IS," without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of any specific finding, or completeness
